- We don’t pursue Preferred Supplier Agreements. These are purchasing concepts not HR concepts. We don’t deal with litres of paint or kilograms of bolts. We deal with people and their environment.
- We don’t advise clients to install a Performance Appraisal System. In fact our advice will be to the contrary as Performance Appraisal Systems simply don’t work.
- We don’t use inexperienced consultants. All of our people are Degree trained, subject matter experts and have a number of years experience in Senior Management positions.
- We don’t come cheaply. We are not the cheapest consultancy in the world and we would have never survived for nearly three decades by being so. We do however represent value for money.
- We don’t mind demonstrating the cost/benefit analysis of any assignment we undertake.
- We don't believe that your people are your greatest asset because you can not own them nor can you sell them. In many cases they are treated as an expense. We believe that your people are your business and are your competitive edge.
