What We Don't Do


  • We don't pursue Preferred Supplier Agreements. These are purchasing concepts not HR concepts. We don’t deal with litres of paint or kilograms of bolts. We deal with people and their relationships.
  • We don't advise clients to install a Performance Appraisal System. In fact our advice will be to the contrary as Performance Appraisal Systems simply don’t work.
  • We don't use inexperienced consultants. All of our people are Degree trained, subject matter experts and have a number of years experience in Senior Management positions.
  • We don't come cheaply. We are not the cheapest consultancy in the world and we would have never survived for nearly three decades by being so. We do however represent value for money.
  • We don't mind demonstrating the cost/benefit analysis of any assignment we undertake.
  • We don't believe that your people are your greatest asset however we do believe that your greatest asset is your workplace culture.
  • We don't use on-line testing. While it is a cheap alternative, the integrity of the process is questionable and never guaranteed.
  • We don't use Quantitative Cultural Surveys but we do conduct a cultural due diligence using qualitative methods.
