Executive Coaching And Mentoring



The underlying principle of Executive Coaching and Mentoring is that feedback when accepted and acted upon is the most powerful of all drivers of behavioural change.

The MMHR way is to identify behaviour through two processes.

  1. Test of Attention and Interpersonal Style (TAIS) which is able of predicting behaviour under pressure. This 144 question pencil and paper instrument is already being used by Centennial Coal in their recruitment processes.
  2. 360ยบ Feedback Instrument which canvasses the opinions of the Report Manager, peers, subordinates and/or internal customers in order to help people to leverage their strengths and identify areas of professional growth and development.

Once the information has been collated it is feed back to the manager who in consultation with the coach chooses three areas to work on.
